The subsidy is intended to adapt an enterprise operating in Poland and affected by the negative effects of Brexit to the new post-Brexit reality. It helps the company maintain its business operations by financing compensation for a decline in net trade with the United Kingdom. This means that eligible costs include compensation calculated as a decrease in net turnover with the United Kingdom in 2021 compared to 2019. This applies to decreases in net turnover in connection with Brexit, i.e. not resulting from other reasons, in particular in connection with difficulties in running a business. economic resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. A decrease in net turnover with the United Kingdom is understood as a decrease in revenues from the sale/purchase of products/materials, goods or services to the United Kingdom market.
